Pretty good. Will use this recipe unless I find another that is better, as this uses regular ingredients that can be found in my kitchen. Plus they were good pancakes! They didn't get stuck in my throat like some can.

Good flavor. I used one loaf of bread and cut it up into cubes and baked them lightly to dry them out. Used 2 1/2 cups of broth and that was a little too much. Next time will use 1 1/2 then add more if needed. Was a little too soggy with 2 1/2 so I put it in a 9x13 and baked it at 350. It helped.

Was looking for Pecan Pie in bar form and this was exactly what I wanted. The filling was substantial vs the bar being primarily crust. The only difference was I got 3 cups whole pecans and chopped it, using all 3 cups. It was delicious and held it's shape great. I thought it would be soggy the next day but it tasted better each day!
