Jenny's Black Forest Cake

Very good! My first time making black forest cake and it turned out amazing! I followed the recipe to T except I left out the cherry liquer because it was too pricey and I used french vanilla coffee instead of regular coffee. Overall, everyone loved my cake and said it wasn't too sweet either :) Thanks for the recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

First time making this recipe and it turned out wonderfully! I did take other review tips and used .5 of sugar and 1.5 of brown sugar and I'm glad that I did! My batch of cookies are soft with that little bit of crunch. This one is a winner for me!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I was hesistant at first to make this because I wasn't sure of how it would turn out but it is delicious!! Although I've made wayyy too much salsa, the chips and salsa tasted amazing! I followed the recipe perfectly but I couldn't find any cinnamon sugar at the store so I made my own - 1/4 cup of granualted sugar to 4 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. Perfecto!

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

Very good! Only change I made was I added some minced garlic, alittle extra salt and butter (but that's just to reflect my taste). Simple recipe that is fairly quick to make! Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

The best dessert I have made by far and the easiest! I followed the recipe precisely except I cut the leaves because I found it easier to eat. I'm going to keep this recipe and make boxes of chocolate covered stawberries for everyone for x-mas! It's that good!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

This was my first time making this recipe and it turned out amazing! The best appetizers I have ever made. Only change I made was I subsituted the lobster tail with another can of crab. This one is a keeper!

Dark Chocolate Cake I

The best chocolate cake I have ever made! I made a thick 4 layered birthday cake and it turned out amazing! It wasn't too sweet and it was definitely moist. I finished this cake with the Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting recipe found on this site too! I will never use cake mix in a box ever again!

Rolled Fondant

The best fondant recipe that I've found so far! Easy to make and use (only if you use it right away) I used pure vanilla extract and the fondant still turned out white as I hoped. Thanks for the recipe!

Jalapeno Cheese Bread

The bread turned out pretty good. I added a little bit more jalapenos for an extra kick. My loaf is kind of dense but I think it was from all the chunks of cheese. Overall my boyfriend and I both enjoyed it. Thank you for the recipe!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Easy and tasty pork chops! Only addition I made was added rings of sliced onion a few minutes before finishing cooking. My boyfriend both loved it! Definitely a keeper!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

It was good but I think I added too much onion soup mix because it came out too salty. As well the onion bits burnt which made them taste some what bitter. I'll give this recipe another go but I'll sift out the dried onion bits next time.

Lebanese Lemon Salad Dressing

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

My first time making shortbread cookies and it turned out great. Simple and easy. Like others I substituted the almond extract with vanilla extract instead and for fun, I molded the cookies into hearts with strawberry jam in the center. Definitely a keeper!
