Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread
This didn't turn out well for me -- it was way too runny, even after refrigeration overnight and immediate serving. I will try this again sometime -- I really want it to work, and maybe with better strawberries (mine were the washed-out winter grocery store berries) the results will be different.

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread
Great texture, great strong flavor. I actually made this as a homemade bagel spread, and for this purpose, it was only OK -- a bit thick and intense for the typical morning bagel. But it's a wonderful dip. Very easy to make.

Bread Machine Rolls
These were very good -- easy to make, and the recipe was very clear. I followed it exactly. With the honey butter recipe on this site, it was a nice Thanksgiving Day treat.
