Chocolate Chip Cookies Lite
These are fabulous! I used half whole wheat flour and half all purpose and added 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (because to me, a cookie isn't a cookie without nuts)and they were delish! I prefer a soft cookie so the texture was fine for me and my little girls are gobbling them down happily as well. Thanks for sharing!

Corn Casserole III
I love this recipe for a number of reasons....first of all, it's easy to remember all the ingredients without writing them down before you go to the store, second, THEY ARE DELICIOUS, and third, I've made it several times and it's always a hit! Everyone loves it! Thanks for sharing!

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers
Let me start by saying that I used Turkey Sausage and Turkey Bacon rather than pork....No other alterations....and it was DELICIOUS!!! I took them to a super bowl party and came home with an empty platter! Everyone LOVED them! Note to first time jalepeno handlers: wear gloves (and a mask if you have one)!!! After halving and gutting 30 peppers, my hands were burning like crazy and I was coughing my head off! LOL! I blame myself for not thinking ahead on that one! But they were worth the pain and I learned a valuable lesson. ;) Thanks for Sharing!
