Amazingly Good Eggnog
Only added 1 C of bacardi rum and it was PERFECT!!!!! Also at the end added 1 tsp of vanilla plus 1/2 of fresh vanilla pod

Gobble Up Granola Snacks
GREAT BASE RECIPE! If you are wondering what I mean by that I mean that this recipe can be changed so many ways and still turn out GREAT! For a Gluten free friend I changed the crispy rice to spelt puffs and the oat to spelt flakes. Another time i used almond butter instead of peanut butter and it turned out great. I've added/subtracted so many things instead of raisins - you can mix nuts, dried fruits. Just use your imagination!!!

Poached Orange Pears
This was amazing. Great dessert which was quick and easy to make and will WOW your guests by the presentation (looks like you would get it in a 5 star restaurant). I added 1 cup of white wine to the sauce and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. YUM!
