My favorite family cooking traditions
My heritage (Vietnamese) cooking tradition is complicated yet balanced and health consciencious. My own family everyday cooking is simple, healthy, low fat/carb. However, we experience more exotic dishes and perhaps higher in fat/carb content.
My cooking triumphs
I have a few moments of triumphants. One being that I copied a receipe to a tee just by tasting it.
My cooking tragedies
Cooking...no tragedies that I can remember. Baking on the other hand...disaster. What can I say, I suck at baking (from scratch that is.)
