Hearty Skillet Supper
This recipe has all my favorite components - quick, easy, and very, very surprisingly tasty! We really enjoyed it! (I did not use as much salt as the recipe called for)

Lemon Shortbread Squares
This did not work out for me at all - there was not enough moisture or something. I beat and beat and beat, but never got a soft ball - just crumbs. I even added some more butter, but it did not help. So, sadly they turned out very dry and crumbly with the pecans not staying in...

Jam Filled Butter Cookies
These are great cookies and VERY easy to make (an important combination during the holidays!)!! They are also very tasty rolled in chopped walnuts or chopped almonds before baking...
