Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
WOW, is all I can say! Okay, I can say some more! I too didn't have buttermilk on hand so I used plain yoghurt mixed 50/50 with 1% milk, turned out GREAT! I also subbed in about 70% WW flour, the rest white flour, still terrific!! These were the only changes I made, & my family said they were the best pancakes they had ever had, & I have to agree! Thanks for a lovely lovely recipe, I will be sharing with my FB group!

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili
Oh Man, I really enjoyed this! I used 1 each of jalapeno & cayenne from my own garden instead of the habanero, & it was JUST spicy enough, any hotter would have been too much for the family. I was also able to use fresh corn just steamd & then cut off the cob, put it in the last hour, & for beans I used romano & chick peas because those were what I had, & they were terrific. Wonderful flavours! Even better the next day!

Apple Crisp IV
I have wild blackberries all over my neighbourhood, & had picked several buckets. Looking for a crumble recipe to utilize them, I came across this one, so just added blackberries to the apples, definitely upping the content of fruit as other members suggested. The blackberries added so much juice I didn't feel the need to decrease the amount of flour, but I did sub in some flax flour, whole wheat flour, even a scant 1/4 c of bran snuck in there! A big hit with my family, & even better after the first day! Oh, I did add a pinch of salt to the crumble mix, & lemon zest. Sooo juicy, I highly recommend the addition!
