Beef Tenderloin Steaks Topped with Horseradish and Dijon Mustard
I used this recipe for as a crust for a whole beef tenderloin and it was amazing!!! I seared the roast first then coated with the ingredients and baked. Fabulous blend of flavors!

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs
I didn't have this recipe with me so I tried to complete by memory. Well my memory left out the egg whites. I felt that the oil added the wetness I needed and I probably only used 2 tablespoons. I left out the jalapenos intentionally, however I think they would've added a nice kick and will use next time. These meatballs were great! Served with pasta florentine one night and then had meatball sandwiches the next day! These meatballs are good enough to eat alone, very tasty! Thank you for this recipe!

Maine Lobster Lasagna
Very good recipe. Very, very rich though! I also could not get my hands on that amount of lobster meat for a decent price so I used crab claw meat and shrimp. I did add more spinach as it cooks away quickly. I used the 'quick and easy alfredo sauce' recipe from this site. Again,it was very rich but very decadent.
