Not a whole lot to tell... As far as cooking goes, I've been cooking since 8 or so, and I am almost 40... Pasta, Lamb, Beef, Chicken, Most anything that is quick and I can experiment with... I like the immediate gratification of cooking... We have a "pig picking" every year in Clinton, NC... and yes there is a secret family sauce recipe and it is VERY GOOD! You can't get everything you need to make it in Georgia without resulting to mail order (yes I have the recipe). Figured out how to make Carolina style pork in my oven! Figured out how to make PERFECT Lamb! I've had several learning experiences where the food did not come out well, but then almost everytime I cook, it is an experiment!
