Brownie Biscotti
These biscotti are great! I keep them on hand all the time now. I use melted semi-sweet squares on the flat side instead of mini chips, and I don't use the egg wash. I don't always have nuts, but they taste just as good without. I reduce the first bake time to 15 minutes and the second and third to 6 minutes each. They always come out perfect for me and don't crumble using a sharp chef's knife.
These biscotti have just the right amount of sweetness and chocolate flavor and are just the thing with a cup of hot coffee!
