Amazing Almond Chicken Casserole
This is a really, really good recipe. Like other members, I recommend at least halving the mayo, and I toasted my almonds for a stronger flavor. Other than that, my family likes it as it is. Thanks for this great casserole!

Pork Chops with Dill Pickle Marinade
Surprisingly good and very easy. Even my picky kids ate this one. I didn't have any problems with the green color that others have complained about, and marinating for so long makes the meat extremly tender. I'm not nuts about pickles, so I was skeptical, but it's good!

Sweet and Sour Chicken II
So excellent! I followed previous suggestions and only used 1/3 c. of vinegar and the sauce was just right. The thing I like about this recipe is that you can throw in any vegetables you like and it still tastes wonderful. I also served over brown rice to up the nutritional content.
