Cajun Chicken Lasagna
Holy Cow was this good. I am certain I will die sooner for having eaten it. Cream, Butter, 2 Cheeses, Sausage. Oh man! I used the top rated Alfredo sauce on this site. Did I mention how good this it? Don't be like me and have a second piece.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
Help me out. When it says turkey carcass, do I leave the meat on it or take it off before making the stock.
