I enjoy simple living and eating locally. We are members of community supported agriculture for fruit and vegetables. We buy all our meat and eggs locally too. I don't can, but do a whole lot of freezing. Foods bursting with flavor. I love garlic! Making Polish sausage at Easter. Grinding horseradish. Make perogi and kolachki at Christmas! I am known for a tastey banana bread. However, I enjoy making cheese cake and other yummy baked treats! Well baking has several depending on the temperature and humidity in the midwest. Let's just say, I would rather forget those!
