Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
Great Flavor I just definitely had issues with cooking time. It needed a lot longer to cook than it says.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This is great Easy way, as it says, to make alfredo. I found a tablespoon of prepared pesto added towards the end makes this extra special.
