Cookie Jar Gingersnaps
I have been making these cookies for years, ever since this recipe came out in Taste of Home, maybe around '97. Anyways, these are perfect. I make them a little bigger and underbake them by taking them out of the oven after 9-10 minutes. They are chewy and so delicious. They also keep moist for a ong time. They are the perfect cookie to dip in tea or coffee!!
