Chicken, Sausage and Zucchini Pasta
We have 6 kids & they even ate all their zucchini! I have a hard time find nutricious meals that they all enjoy, yet this one was gobbled up without complaints. Two thumbs up!!

Chocolate Cupcakes
These cupcakes are so good that they do not even need icing. Very moist and chewy. I added chocolate chips to the recipe & they still turned out delicious.

Mini Meatloaves
We are a family of 8, some are VERY picky eaters, yet my entire family loved this meatloaf! Their only complaint was that they wanted more of the glaze... next time I will double the sauce portion of the recipe. YUMMMM!
