No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies
I don't understand in any possible way how this recipe will make 5 dozen cookies! Not to mention that they were so dry that they wouldn’t even stick together. These are the worst no bake cookies I have ever made. I will defiantly stick to my old recipe! I have been using allrecipes.com for 5 years and have never been this dissatisfied with a recipe.

Haitian French Toast
My whole family loves this recipe. I do make it a little bit differently. First, I tear up 12 slices of cinnamon swirl bread instead of the French bread and put into the 13x9 pan then I pour the cream mixture over the bread and stir until the bread soaks it up. Then I bake it in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or until it is crisp. It is sooo yummy! I often make up a few and keep them uncooked in the freezer. When I am ready to use one, I pull it out and let it thaw and bake as normal! We have it every Christmas morning.

Brie Cranberry and Chicken Pizza
With some modifications this is 5 stars, I started with a pre made pizza crust then melted 2 tbsp of butter with 1/4 of a tsp of garlic and spread it on the crust then topped with brie then I used dried cherries, because I live in the Cherry Capital of The World, then the rest of the ingredients. OH MY GOODNESS this is the best pizza I have ever had.
