Chocolate Caramel Nut Cheesecake
Very popular. Everyone loved it. I might have used more butter to make the crust stick to the sides more. I also used 3 regular sized Snicker's bars.

Make sure to double the chips to get a thick layer of chocolate covering. Everyone enjoyed these!

Quick Creamy Potato Soup
I can't cook and this came out great. I added some shredded cheese and a dap of sour cream to make it a load baked potato soup.
