After reading such great reviews for this recipe I decided to make it for a squadron party. I left out the chicken because I knew several people that would be attending did not eat it. I also used preshredded coleslaw mix and sesame oil. There was no leftovers and I got so many request for the recipe.

Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup

I really enjoyed this recipe. Instead of cutting the steak in really thin slices and cut it in strips and cooked it in the beef broth. I also left out the ginger because I didn't have any. I will try it again and add the ginger next time. This is such a light and refreshing soup.

Best Egg Rolls

This is such a great egg roll recipe. I serve it with orange chicken, steamed veggies and rice for a complete fun meal.

Fantastic Focaccia Bread

This is a very easy and simple bread to make, especially for a first time bread maker which I was before this recipe. I've made focaccia three times and every time it taste great. One of my friends tried it and she said it was even better than what she gets at her favorite Italian cafe.
