My Name is Allyson Lambert and I have been cooking with my mother since I was a little kid. I am now attending culinary school in Southern Maine and have a dream of opening my own bakery at some point. Any type of cake, fudge, cookies, brownies, whoopie pies...anything sweet! Over the last year I began making and selling my fudge to local businesses. I've also recently started my own specialty cake decorating service.
