Pecan Pie Bars I
Made these for family reunion this summer and they were a huge hit. An aunt was asking everybody who made those. I was actually one of the last people she asked. LOL

Black Bean Spinach Pizza
This recipe is absolutely great!!! I didn't have any frozen spinach on hand (plus I thought hubby wouldn't approve anyways), so used a can of mushrooms instead. Still perfect! Our dinner guests couldn't stop saying how good the flavor was. Both hubby and daughter thought this was superb.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
This is a great broccoli recipe. We grew broccoli this past summer and this recipe is a great way to keep up with the abundance. I half the amount of butter called for, with terrific results. My family isn't big on nuts, but DH does love pecans, so that's what I use.
