Very good - no changes and worked perfectly!

Braised Balsamic Chicken
The chicken was very moist (I used bone-in, with skin and just peeled the skin off when eating) but it wasn't flavorful enough for me. I thought the vinegar flavor wasn't strong enough. The only substitutions I made were real garlic, no rosemary and fresh thyme.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
Just okay - even though I used turkey bacon and not regular, I'm not sure the regular would've made that much difference. A little bland, however, the bacon did keep the chicken moist.
