Butter Bean Burgers
Made these last night for dinner. I followed the receipe except I omited the cheese (trying to cut back), and I used a few dash's of hot sauce.
I loved these, they do have a different texture than most other "bean" burgers, but I think that's what makes them good.
The only thing I think I did wrong was to make the patties to thick. I have them today for lunch and I will see how they turn out re-heated.
