Buffalo Chicken Dip
We love a good dip at our University of Alabama football tailgates, and this one was a big hit! I made it exactly as it is written. I even used low fat cream cheese and light Ranch dressing. I don't think anyone could tell the difference! Thanks!

Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this! I chopped up the chicken and mixed it in to make it more like a casserole. We are it with chips and thought it was fabulous!

Mexican Lasagna I
I really like the versatility of this recipe. I used ground turkey, and I cooked it with taco seasoning. I did not boil the noodles and it turned out great!
