White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I make ALOT of cookies , because I send 5 bag lunches out the door daily. this recipes didnt get rave reviews from one single lunch kit carrier. In fact I was told NOT to put any in one of the lunches. we just didnt like the taste or texture.

Roast Beef and Cheese Roll Ups
although this was a bit time consuming for my family of 10 every single one of us enjoyed it. I'll definatley make it again ...and probably again. very very tasty
