my fried chicken is one of my best efforts..also my shrimp curry is a family favorite and my best dessert is my strawberry trifle. My best cake is the coca-cola cake and I make a really good cheesecake.

Pie crusts are my downfall...can't ever seem to get a tender, flaky one.

American-Italian Pasta Salad
This is a great pasta salad. I made a few modifications for personal taste. I added 1 cup chopped red roasted peppers, 1/2 cup sliced green pimento stuffed olives and 3/4 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese and increased the dressing to keep it from being too dry. I make this salad all the time and everyone loves it. Thanks for the recipe !

French Toast I
This is a great recipe. The only things I changed was to add 1 more egg and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. The sugar provides the needed sweetness...

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I have made meatloaf for over 50 years, but believe me, this is absolutely the best recipe I have found. Made it tonight for the first time and my family cleaned the platter!! Needless to say I have found my forever meatloaf recipe...Thank you....
