Smothered Bacon Chicken

Very easy and delicious! I layered the bacon one slice on top and one on the bottom and secured with toothpicks to the soup and sour cream mix I added 1 clove minced garlic, parm. cheese and white pepper. Served over egg noodles with cheese bread.

Seasoned Cornish Hens

Meatball Sandwich

This recipe was so easy to make. I had no idea what a french baguette was so i just bought some bakery fresh sub rolls. I loved how the oil helped the sub rolls The leftovers heated up great for lunch the next day

these were pretty good. My hubby made the suggestion when I make them again is to warm some cheese from a jar instead of making the cheese sauce from scratch. and I spread ketchup and mustard on the bread

The chicken turned out wonderful. I needed to add a bit more sugar to the sauce.. it was a little to much vinegar for my taste buds. I also added about 1tsp honey.

Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Pie

This was super easy to make. I used 1 cup peanut butter, as per other reviews to give it more of the peanut butter flavor. And since I used the instant pudding, I didnt heat the mix at all. I whisked it in a mixing bowl consistency was excellant. I though since the pudding is instant and the pie needs to chill why boil.

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Wow this was great and simple to make. I changed to serving to four but still kept the one pound kielbasa. And I didnt have lemon juice so per another review I used vinegar (apple cider) and I simmered it on the stove top for about 45 mins.

Wine Baked Potato

These potatoes were good The wine gave it a touch of sweet flavoring.... But it did take two of us to stuff the potatoes. We cut a slit down the middle and then cut slits crosswise and had one of us open the potato while the other stuffed. I also added a pat of butter into each boat and rosemary. Will make again.

Amazing Ribs

Instead of grilling, after boiling the ribs i seared them on my griddle pan. and then cooked in the crockpot. my hubby said that is why the meat didnt fall off the bone. (which was good in our case) very tender and moist.

Amish Meatloaf

It was a little bit too brown sugary for me, but good. Will definatly make again. My hubby was amazed at the recipe, he does't really care to much for meatloaf.
