Chicken Pesto Pizza
Very good, with just a few adjustments. I brushed my crust w/ olive oil. Used mozzerella and feta cheeses, and added sun-dried tomatoes and red onions. TWO VERY IMPORTANT steps are 1) Put cheese on first, then toppings 2) after baking for 10 minutes, I broil it for a couple minutes until bubbly.

Zucchini Bread IV
Unfortunately, I followed the advice and did 1/2 the oil, 1/2 applesauce and it was way too dry. Also did the nutty/cinnamon and sugar topping which turned out well. I think I would have been delicious if all the oil was used.

Reuben Sandwich I
Very good. Easy to make. I made them for some friends for lunch. I got the compliment of "best reuben I've ever had!" I used the cheap packaged corned beef (surprise!) instead of pastrami and SEEDLESS rye bread. Will definitely make again.
