Awesome Baked Sea Scallops
This was delicious! I used 2 or 3 shallots, a bit less butter, and Panko breadcrumbs. Had lots of flat leaf parsley from the garden, so sprinkled that on generously. I'll definitely make them again.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
Followed the rating comments advice to pre-bake the dough 10-12 minutes and thoroughly drain the diced tomatoes and it came out great! An awesome recipe, thanks!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
We were looking for a fun way to dress up cauliflower without covering it in melted cheese. Bravo, no changes needed.
