Banana Nut and Ginger Bread
This bread is awesome!! It is very flavorful the second day, and keeps getting better. I used Murphy's Irish Stout for the dark beer, and it turned out great! Very different from traditional banana bread, but definitely awesome.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
The taste is really great. I used this on Banana Bars from this site and also as a fruit dip later on. I chilled the bowl & beaters first, then whipped everything together (Blending cream cheese, etc. first then whipping in cream). Nice flavor, lightly sweet, with a creamy texture. Don't think I would use it on a regular cake though, but that's just me.

Chili I
This recipe is simply THE BEST!! I changed only a few things, I use black beans and pinto beans, no kidney beans. I also use Ancho Chili Powder, and Negro Pasilla Chili Powder. I season the meat as it's cooking, then season the whole pot as well. I also use the hot coffee to dissolve the brown sugar & cocoa powder, then add the spices in & pour all into the chili. Great Recipe!!
