I think the dish needed more chicken and artichokes. I added olives and sundried tomatoes... it was GREAT!

GREAT recipe! The chicken was juicy and tender, the taste was superb! I thought it was a little salty, but I think that's just me, I don't like too much salt. I will probably fix this for a formal dinner, it's very easy to cook and it doesn't demand much attention. I was able to fix the side dishes and dessert while this was cooking.
