I don't eat meat, but can't consider myself vegetarian because I occasionally eat fish. I drink soy milk instead of cow's, but still eat eggs.

sushi, cakes/pies/cookies with healthy alternatives, steamed dumplings, easy things like soup/rice dishes/salads, lemon-dill salmon, vegetarian alternatives
My cooking triumphs
I made a great chocolate lined banana cream pie!!
rum balls, short bread, ginger bread, and ginger snaps for christmas. I made delicious steamed dumplings once.
My cooking tragedies
Made a huge dinner for my parents, everything was ready, and I was cutting a baguette and sliced my hand reallllly bad... it ruined my appetite.
