Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Pretty tasty. We used cilantro, as other viewers suggested, instead of oregano; but it lacked something. We added some crushed red pepper and cayenne at the end, which seemed to do the trick; but I would suggest to others to try adding jalepeno or habenero pepper with the chicken (while it's simmering) to give it a kick.
