About this Cook
I'm a surgical technician by trade; I did pursue a dgree in Culinary Arts; but the medical field is way more stable and better benefits. I may pick it up professionally in a couple years...we'll see
My favorite things to cook
Mostly savory things. Not too much on baking/sweets. I look for more healthy entrees when possible.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom & I like to get together around the holidays to bake treats and candy; of course there is atleast 2 bottles of wine involved!
My cooking triumphs
I've had many....
My cooking tragedies
I've also had more than enough of these! All part of the learning

No Fry Crab Rangoon
need to add scallion & to 'crisp' the wontons, sparay lightly with cooking spray right before putting them in the oven; this should help.
