I am a father, husband, and IT professional. I started cooking to try to satisfy my wide range of tastes. My wife is extremely picky, and while being a superb cook and baker, she does so from a rather small repertoire by choice. If I want to eat something different I have to make it, which is fine with me. I prefer to prepare main courses, of nearly any kind. I love to try new things and can be quite adventurous. I've never met a food or tradition I haven't liked! I grew up enjoying German, Slovak, and Italian dishes. Any time someone asks for seconds! I sometimes have ventured beyond my very modest culinary skills. While my wife will confirm this by "picking things off", my son has no qualms about giving immediate feedback.
