I made this for Easter Dinner yesterday. It was a hit w/the whole family. I think I would cut down on the Italian bread crumbs and use only one cup. I will keep this recipe on file and will make again and again. 5 stars.

I give this 5 STARS!! I made it last night and was a hit with my husband whom doesn't like to try a lot of new things. He's old fashioned meat and potato guy. Wants me to make these again ANYTIME !! This would also be a great appetizer for a party too. Maybe would try with sausage and cheese also.
