I'm a passionate Fuddhist who loves keeping family and ethnic traditions going... I think growing and preparing food for the ones you love is one of the oldest and most sacred of human activities. Bread (but I don't like to eat it!), baked sweets, old-timey and traditional foods, Italian everything, Thai, Latin, and fresh, local organic food! Working with my great-grandmothers, Gram and Granny; making cookies with my dad; baking my partner a whimsically decorated birthday cake every year; Pierogi Day; canning peaches and tomatoes growing up. Luscious Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas cookie marathons, and a dynamite seared beef Thai salad. Co-catering a big, out-of-control hippie wedding party in the wilderness. The groom brought dogs instead of the agreed upon supplies, hours late, and forgot to order plates. The only reason we got everything put together was a four and a half hour delay to the confused ceremony.
