Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Yummy! I just made two double batches for friends ad family. I used 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar and oj instead of water. Baked in oven 9 minutes, cooled on pan 5 minutes before placing on rack. Nice and moist. One pan was over cooked by a few minutes, perfect for dipping. Great with hot tea or coffee, I'll be adding this recipe to my keepers.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Yummy! I used half mayo and half sour cream and a shot of white wine. I had to use Mozzarella instead of Montery Jack. Next time I'll try the MJ cheese. It took a little loger to bake, but I watched closely and it came out great. My daughter loved it. What a great way for her to eat veggies! I'll be making this again.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Creamy, chocolatey, what more could I want? Perfect chocolate fudge. I followed the recipe exactly and the whole family loved it. I'll be adding this to my holiday recipe collection!
