Irish Cream Bundt Cake
A few years ago, I had a friend at a job that made me a kahlua bundt cake all the time. It was so incredibly good and I've never forgotten about that cake (I no longer work there). Well, this is that cake! Only, of course, with the Bailey's instead. Probably the best cake I've had in my life. I used regular vanilla pudding (not instant), 2 boxes and 1 box yellow cake mix. And I used a full cup of Bailey's instead of the water, as suggested by others. Also, when I made the glaze, I followed the directions exactly, only I SLOWLY added the Bailey's and I had no problem with it being grainy or anything like others have said. Oh - also I didn't have a bundt pan so I used a large rectangle one instead. Worked fine. I will definitely be making this one again and again. So, so good. Thanks so much for the recipe!
update: I made this again at Christmas with some creamy Jamaican liquor that my sister had and it was equally awesome. I heated it up and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it. So, so good. Thanks again!
