Made this for a BBQ and took none home! That was a first for me. Everyone loved it and got a few requests for the recipe. Will definitely be making it for the 4th this year!

This was just ok for us. We live in Seattle and so we get a lot of salmon here. I was looking for a dill sauce that I had on salmon before and this just wasn't it. The flour flavor didn't seem to blend in with the other ingredients. I think I was looking for a creamy sauce made with cream instead of flour. Other than our personal preference for the sauce, it was an easy way to cook salmon.

My kids beg for this chicken. It is so juicy and tender it far surpasses any other chicken I make.
