Spice Cookies with Crystallized Ginger

Although I replaced the Karo syrup with molasses. Then I frosted and sprinkled with ground up candy cane. My kids rated them 1000 out of 10. Frosting: 2 C. powdered sugar. 2 tbsp butter. 3 tbsp milk.

Fresh Vegetable Stir-Fry with Peppery Orange Beef

I used orange marmelade instead and added the drippings in with marmelade and broth. I also only added 1/2 the teryaki sauce. I used a packed from store before. But my family liked this one best.

Curried Coconut Chicken

pretty good. not hard to make. very unique taste. can't wait to make it again. i don't like curry much, so i only used half the amount.
