Easy Roasted Pork
Yum! This makes the house smell good and the tastebuds dance! So good. I'll keep it as regular fall fare. I didn't have an oven bag, so just covered it with foil, and also quartered red potatos, placed them in the pan next to the roast and drizzled them in sauce. It took my almost-2-pound roast about 75 minutes to cook through.
