Spicy Chicken Soup
This recipe was pretty good and very easy as well. Fresh green chile would make this way better and is something I will try next time I make it. Try adding a can or two of cream of chicken soup if you like thicker soups.

Basic Cheese Polenta
This was DELICIOSO!! It was my first time making polenta and this turned out fantastic! I took others' advice and added a little garlic salt. Be sure you keep stirring when you add the corn meal to the boiling water. I refrigerated it for 3 hours then fried it in olive oil...AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! Great cheese flavor- not overpowering. I was eating it by the spoonful out of the pan! I give this recipe a five for being so incredibly EASY and soooooo TASTY!!!

Grandmas Chicken Chardon
I'm giving this recipe a five because it's simple and it just makes you feel good. The tastes are perfect and no one flavor overpowers the other. This is great chicken to accompany pasta or veggies with marinara (I used zucchini and mushrooms). For an extra crispy breading, you can fry in butter on the stove. This recipe is awesome and I will definitely be making this regularly.
