About this Cook
Love to cook, love it. No matter what walk of life you are, where your from, what you look like, what color you are, etc. everyone loves to eat, and when you make something good enough it can make anyone of those people smile...even if it's only for the lenght of a meal.
My favorite things to cook
Cajun, and Italian. I know that kinda don't make sence because all my recipes have a good southern base. I like to think it makes for a good recipe for a cook.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My potatoe soup, everyone begs me all year to make it, and my brunswick stew.
My cooking triumphs
Have created several of my own recipes, and made some pretty challeging stuff. Recon if I wrote the amounts to my ingredients I could put em on here.
My cooking tragedies
Worst ever...had to much to drink and made poor boy steaks (hamburger patties in gravy) I thought I was addin onion powder and garlic powder when it was really onion and garlic salt.

Flaming Doctor Pepper I
As far as crazy shooters, this one is right up there and does the job pretty good...the Wifey has to be carfule how many she consumes lol.

Southern Comfort Sweet Potatoes
GREAT I'm giving it 5 stars cause if you don't use quite as much liqour, it's not so thin and it's a great tasting dish that everyone will love, and most won't know have alcohol in it...course I say all this when I use 101 proff!

Crawfish Etoufee
I've had "real" etoufee in the and this recipe may not be authentic, but it pretty close and tasty for "cheap knock off". I understand that many Cajun's will prob disagree, but I love this recipe, and so do many of my friends and family, especially when you can turn up the spice just right to where makes your nose run!
