Love to cook, love it. No matter what walk of life you are, where your from, what you look like, what color you are, etc. everyone loves to eat, and when you make something good enough it can make anyone of those people smile...even if it's only for the lenght of a meal. Cajun, and Italian. I know that kinda don't make sence because all my recipes have a good southern base. I like to think it makes for a good recipe for a cook. My potatoe soup, everyone begs me all year to make it, and my brunswick stew. Have created several of my own recipes, and made some pretty challeging stuff. Recon if I wrote the amounts to my ingredients I could put em on here. Worst ever...had to much to drink and made poor boy steaks (hamburger patties in gravy) I thought I was addin onion powder and garlic powder when it was really onion and garlic salt.
