Easy and Delicious Chicken
I was worried after reading all the not-so-good reviews, but it turned out pretty yummy for our family! I threw everything in at once (only used 4 chicken breasts, 5 oz of fat-free Italian dressing, and about 5oz of cream cheese). I left out the thyme and doctored it up with some McCormick Hamburger Grill Seasoning (it's fab on chicken, I promise!) and then cooked it on low for about 6 hours. We served it over rice and with broccoli and it was delicious! It also tasted yummy with some tortilla chips as a hot dip for a late night snack :) All of my picky eaters (husband, kids ages 5, 3, and 1) ate it up! Will make again.

Crescent Chicken Bundles
My husband loved the richness of these - especially because there's no veggies mixed in! :) I didn't have crescent rolls so I used jumbo butter biscuits - I put one biscuit on the bottom, the stuff on top of it, and topped it with another biscuit. I used half canned chicken and half deli ham. It was creamy and rich and very filling! It made 8 large sandwiches and I could only eat one, but the leftovers were still good!

Southwestern Chicken Pitas with Chipotle Sauce
A family favorite! My husband especially loves the blend of chipotle and peanut butter... It's spicy, but the peanut butter takes out some of the kick... We've added fresh broccoli pieces a few times and some fresh peas once as a well - it tastes great with both! As it's getting warmer, this is our family's most-requested list!
