Cornbread Muffins I
Have made this recipe a couple of times. First in a cast iron skillet (however it never got done in the alloted time and was always raw in the middle), and then as muffins like the recipe called for. That was the way to go... This in an absolutely incredible recipe. Definite do over and over and over.

Double Quick Dinner Rolls
Simply the best. Super fast. Easy to make (my 11-year old daughter makes them). We have also used garlic powder (in place of onion pwdr) and really liked that.

Light Oat Bread
This bread is really good. Baked a loaf yesterday and the family enjoyed it so much, we decided to make another loaf today. It was so easy, that my 11-year old daughter made it.
