Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
After scaling this back to 6 servings and adding 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, we have found our new favorite greek salad dressing. I would recommend letting the dressing sit for a bit before using, as it gets better if the ingredients are allowed to saturate. I've also used it with chopped cooked chicken and romaine lettuce in a wrap, and it was delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Apple Pumpkin Muffins
These are FANTASTIC. I halved the sugar as many suggested, and the muffins were the perfect sweetness - used 1/2 c white sugar and 1/2 brown. I didn't have a few ingredients on hand, so I omitted the apples, used olive oil instead of veg oil, and there was no struesel topping. The batter was a bit dry (maybe because of no apples?), so I drizzled some milk in to bring it all together. This made 12 good size muffins. I can only imagine how good they would be with the topping. Will definitely make these again. Thanks for sharing!

Jay's Jerk Chicken
I omitted the jalapeno as I was cooking for the kids. This was fantastic. Even my supremely picky 10 yr old girl gave it two thumbs up, which is rare. Also, this smelled wonderful while grilling. Thanks for sharing! This will be a regular addition to our summer menu.
