Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Oh wow!! This is the ONLY pumpkin pie recipe I use! I had never tried pumpkin pie before, so I decided to try this recipe. I used another person's suggestion and used 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 2 tsp cinnamon, but that's all I changed. I place a baking sheet in the oven while it's preheating, so by the time I place the pie on the sheet, it's hot enough to cook the bottom of the crust evenly. This is absolutely delicious!!

Minestrone Soup I
This was my first time making minestrone soup. It was delicious!!With other soups, I usually have to add salt or other spices right before serving. I didn't have to with this one! The only thing I did was boil the pasta separately and added it right before serving. I'm rating this 5 stars because my children ate this and gave it a thumbs up! In this house, it's difficult to get everyone to agree on a recipe. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
