Halibut with Zesty Peach Salsa
My son and his girlfriend came over and made this for dinner. It was GREAT! Two teenagers made it, and my kitchen was in tact when done, and the salsa was so good that we put it on cheesecake when he had dessert!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
These are the best. Be ready for rich, creamy, chewy cookies with a bit of chocolate bliss. I also used the three sugars - white, brown, and powdered, and it worked out very well.

Strawberry Cheesecake
Versatile. Have made it with raspberries, and even with blueberries.
